Aaron Joseph Harper, 45, of Gloucester went to heaven July 21, 2026. Aaron had a deep love for animals and was especially passionate about rescuing cats. His connection to nature extended to his love of gardening and spending time outdoors, where he found peace and joy in the beauty of the natural world.He is survived by his parents, Leonard and Tamrae Harper; his brother Nathan Harper and sister-in-law Jessica; his sister Lenora Baumeler and brother-in-law Pascal; as well as his nieces Thia, Hannah, Harper, and Anna; and his nephew Benjamin. In honor of Aaron’s compassion for animals, donations can be made to the Gloucester/Mathews Humane. Services will be private.
