William N. "Butch" Horsley Jr.

February 19, 1947 – February 21, 2026

William N. "Butch" Horsley Jr., 79, passed away peacefully at home with family members by his side on Saturday, February 21, 2026. He was a lifelong resident of Gloucester County and was the son of Norman and Jessie Horsley.

After High School, Butch worked at Yorktown Naval Weapons Station (Civil Service) then began farming fulltime. He and his wife Jo Ann also started their own business, Belroi Marketplace. After retiring, he and Jo Ann enjoyed spending more time with family, gardening and traveling. He also loved to hunt and fish and especially enjoyed doing both with his children and grandchildren.

Butch is preceded in death by his parents, his wife and best friend of 55 years, Jo Ann and his son Andy.

He is survived by his sisters Marsha West and Myra Clements, son Brian, daughter-in-law Nikki, grandchildren, Brandon (Blair), Alicia (Calvin), Ryan (Danielle), and Michelle, great grandchildren Aiden, Grayson, Holden, Cohen, Adalyn, and Emmerson and many nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished lifelong friends.

Butch had a wonderful life and enjoyed spending time with loved ones and friends. He was a loving mentor and role model to his family.

The family will have a private service. In lieu of flowers we ask that you donate to charity of your choice. Andrews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
