William Hughes "Billy" Fibbiani, 63, passed away on September 12, 2021 at his home. He was born in Richmond and was a forklift operator.
He was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Deloris Fibbiani and a brother Christopher Dale Fibbiani and is survived by his significant other, Sharon West, her children Jessica Baker(Brian), Nicholas West(Jessica) brothers Leo John Fibbiani, Jr. and Michael Scott Fibbiani, grandchildren Christian, Mason, and Carter, several nephews and 1 niece, and his special companions Sassy and Rocky.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to National Kidney Foundation of Virginia, 1515 N, Military Hwy., Suite 106, Norfolk, Va. 23501. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
