Wildon Vincent Sibley, 87, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017. He was born in Gloucester and was a member of Petsworth Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the Korean War having served in the U.S. Army. He retired from the Naval Weapons Station and following his retirement he had a dump truck business and also a seafood business.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Howlett Sibley and daughter Karen S. Frasmer, and is survived by his daughter Deborah S. Green (Carey), granddaughter Cindy Johnson (Scott) and Wendy Frasmer, son-in-law Marven Frasmer, great grandchildren Brittany McCrea, Joseph McCrea, Katie Kelsing, and Matthew Forrest.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Petsworth Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
