Steven Craig Moffitt, Sr. of Gloucester, was born in Hampton, Va. on June 23, 1957 and passed away on August 6, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his grandson Camden Martin Adkins and is survived by his wife of 50 years Susan Robins Moffitt, son Steven Craig Moffitt, Jr, daughter Whitney Moffitt Adkins, three grandchildren Blake Aaron Adkins, Annabel Christine Moffitt, and Emersyn Brooke Webb, sisters Connie Jenkins and Cindy Hall and a brother Howard Moffitt, Jr.

Steve loved his family and had a great friend David Dentler, that was like a son to him.Steve will be greatly missed.

The family will receivde friends at Bellamy United Methodist Church on Monday, August 10, 2026 from 10-11:00 a.m. with funeral services starting at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Bellamy Memorial Cemetery. Andrews Funeral Home, Gloucester, Va. is in charge of arramgements.
