On August 25, 2017, Stella Naomi Dickens Hamm, 86, was granted her wish and transferred to her new heavenly home. She was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Jimmie D. Hamm, Sr., daughter Sandra Faye Young, five sisters and two brothers. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Diana Mae Klink (John), son Jimmie David Hamm, Jr., sister Patty Booth, son-in-law Steve Young, sixteen grandchildren, and twenty great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 28, 2017 at Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory (7192 Main St. Gloucester, Va. 23061)from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Bible Church (9577 George Washington Mem. Hwy., Ark, VA. 23003) with interment in the church cemetery.
