Stanley Bryan "Buddy" Millen 64, of Gloucester, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, June 1st, 2025. He was born on June 21st, 1960 in Newport News, Virginia to the late Howard and Audrey Millen. He is survived by his daughters Kimberly Millen (Brent), Kelly Millen (Jeffrey), and Kristen Little (Ben), and son Tommy Millen. He was predeceased by his daughter Katie Millen. He is also survived by his sisters Sandra West (Brian) and Sharon Williams (Jimmy) and brothers Ernest Millen and Patrick Millen. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and his special canine companion, Charlie.

Buddy worked as a Maintenance Tech at River Bend Apartments. Buddy loved to work. He enjoyed building things from wood and fishing and relaxing on his porch. He was interested in history, particularly WWII, and loved visiting historic parks and watching The History Channel. He loved writing and was a very good artist. He was also interested in coin collecting.

He will be greatly missed by his children and his siblings.

Memorial service will be held at New Life Ministry Center on Sunday, June 8th, 2025 at 4pm. Andrews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
