Sharron Laine Haynes February 1, 1948 – November 14, 2025

Sharron Laine Haynes, 77, of Mathews, Virginia, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2025. Born February 1, 1948, in West Virginia to Louise Honaker and Harry Honaker, she will be remembered for her independence and resilience throughout her life.

She is survived by her four beloved children: Carl Haynes, Janey Perry (Lennie), John Liverman, and Charlie Liverman; five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Sharron also leaves behind her siblings: Dan Honaker, Wayne Honaker, Vivian Williams, Sophia Shelley, Anthony Honaker and Michael Honaker. She was preceded in death by her brother Roger Honaker.

Sharron shared her life with her longtime partner, Wendell Rogers, whose companionship was a source of love and comfort. Throughout her career, Sharron dedicated herself to the customer service industry, and later in life, she found fulfillment in caring for the elderly—a testament to her caring nature.

Her family will hold a private service at a future date to honor her memory.

Sharron will be remembered for her kindness and strength, but above all, she leaves behind love. Fierce, imperfect, loyal, and unforgettable.
