Shane Dee "Sugar Shane" Anderson, 49, went to his eternal rest on Sunday, April 15, 2018 in Richmond, Va. He was born in Newport News, Va. and was a graduate of Gloucester High School, Plumbers and Pipe fitters Local # 540. He attended New Life Ministry in Hayes, Va. and was a diehard Redskins fan and Parrotthead.

He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Sandra Lynn Anderson, sister Tina Joyce Anderson, and brother Charles "Tinker" Anderson and is survived by his wife Marsha A. Anderson, daughter Savannah Lynn Anderson. step children Emma Knestaut and Josh Knestaut, parents Charles and Joyce Anderson, sister Jenny Lee Dawson and her husband Lynn, his faithful companion Sajo, and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at New Life Ministry, Hayes, Va. by Pastor Wendell Gaffney.
