Sandra Ethridge Crone, age 77, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2026, in her home in Gloucester, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Ethridge and Virginia Elmore, and her sister Eileen Teachey. She is survived by her beloved husband, Charles Crone; her sons, Michael Crone and his wife Shannon, and Christopher Crone and his wife Jelena; her brother, Ricky Ethridge; as well as eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Service will be held on Sunday, September 27, at Newington Baptist Church in Gloucester, Virginia. Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm and service at 3:00 pm.
