Rosalie Catherine Helbig (Schloer) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at her home while surrounded by her loving family. She was born to the late Catherine H. and Michael R. Schloer in Arbutus, MD on April 11, 1930. She was a devoted wife to the late, Arthur L. Helbig Sr., beloved Mother to her children; Arthur Helbig Jr. (Melinda), Martin Helbig, Kathleen Helbig, Theresa Dent, Michael Helbig, Gerard Helbig, Rosemary Owens (Warren), James Helbig (Gaynor) and Jeanette Vaganek {Brian). She was also a loving Nana to her 22 Grandchildren and 24 Great Grandchildren. Rosalie is survived by her siblings; Patricia Zentgraf (Tony), the late Michael Schloer Jr., Joan Krauss and David Schloer (Peggy) and numerous Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, In-Laws and Friends.

Family & Friend Viewings will be at Andrews Funeral Home, Gloucester, VA on Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 10:00-12:00 p.m. and 11:00-3:00pm. There will be a Funeral Mass held on Friday, January 26, 2018 at Ascension Catholic Church, Glen Burnie, MD at 11:00 am., followed by Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Glen Burnie, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Research. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
