Richard John Fullem, 67, passed away on April 13, 2020 at his home. He was the widower of Barbara Elizabeth Fullem. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force with over 20 years of service.
He is survived by his daughter Grace Smith, brother Ronald Fullem, sisters Deborah Hall and Darlene Fullem, and his grandchildren Gabriel, Logan, and Ares Smith.
A private service will be held at Windsor Gardens Cemetery and Mausoleum. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
