David Pacholski, 66 of Mathews passed away unexpectedly at his home October 8, 2024. He was born in Fort Hood, Texas, although he lived most of his life in Virginia, with the majority of his adult life, he resided in Mathews. He worked and retired from Power Mechanical, INC. He also served in the US Army. He was the son of the late Paul Pacholski and Maria Pacholski. He was a devoted husband to his childhood sweetheart and loving wife late Joan Harris Pacholski. He is survived by his sisters Paulene Funez, Marlene Aube and brother-in-law Leonard Aube. He had a niece, nephews, grandnieces and  grandnephews, as well. He enjoyed antiquing, flea markets and refurbishing. He created many interesting and beautiful works of art from his discoveries and made many friends during his excursions. He left this world a better place and will be missed and loved forever.
