Patty W. Huard of Ormond Beach, formerly of Gloucester, Virginia, passed away suddenly on January 26, 2023. She was the daughter of Joseph H. Warner, Sr. and Olise (Shepard) Warner of Newport News, Virginia
Patty was a longtime employee of Gloucester County Public Schools. Most recently, she was the Enrollment Specialist at Lourdes Academy in Daytona Beach until her retirement in 2019. Patty's love of children and can-do attitude with families were evident every day and instrumental in making a positive difference in the lives of many students over the years.
Always ready with a smile and kind word, Patty enjoyed interior decorating, cooking and her beloved dogs. More than anything, she cherished spending time with family and friends, especially when by the water.
She is survived by her husband, Mark; daughter Laura and husband Kevin; brother, Joseph Jr. and husband Nick; stepdaughter Kelly and husband Ryan; stepson Brian; and grandchildren Hunter, Avery, Wren and Moses. She is predeceased by her daughter, Amanda; and sister, Judy.
Daytona Beach services: Wednesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Viewing 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. with funeral mass at 11:00 a.m.
Gloucester services: Saturday at Andrews Funeral Home. Viewing 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. with burial to follow at Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery
