Patricia Louise Cottee, 70 passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019 in Riverside Walter Reed Hospital. She was born in Gloucester County and was the daughter of the late Edward F. and Emma Conoway Milby. She was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church and was a cook for many restaurants in the area and had work in the cafeteria in Gloucester County Public Schools.

She was also preceded in death by her husband Ross Cotte, Jr. and is survived by her children, Debra Hoffstaetter, Lisa Hanson, and Marl Cottee, Her fiancee Jimmy Shackelford, her sisters Norma Jean Flippin and Brenda Bristow, grandchildren Brian, Jennifer, and Skylar, and great grandchildren Autumn, Tyler, and Aubrey.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, January 14, 2019 fro 6:30-8:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Rosewell Memorial Gardens, Hayes. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
