Milton Redding Belvin, Jr. 69, passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital. He was born in Newport News and was the son of the late Milton and Hilda Soles Belvin, Sr. He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church in Ware Neck, Va. and was self employed painter for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Esther O. Belvin, sister Beverly West, and brother Keith Belvin.
There will be a graveside service on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 11:30 at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will meet friends following the service. Memorial donations may be made to either Gloucester Volunteer Fire and Rescue or to Beulah Baptist Church. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
