Michelle Lynn Bunting, nee Murphy, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 11, 2018. She was employed by Village Cleaners in Gloucester, and was a long time member of the Gloucester Moose Lodge.

Michelle was preceded in death by her beloved stepfather, Otis R. Hooper, and by her aunt and uncle, Carolyn and Russell Bergum.

She is survived by her husband, Gene, and daughter, Carrie Kercher; by her mother, Marilyn Hooper and her father, Michael Murphy, of Lincoln, Nebraska, siblings, Monica Murphy (Charles), and Louie Hooper (Gina), as well as three nephews.

A celebration of life will be held for Michelle on September 2, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Gloucester Moose Lodge. In lieu of flowers, donations toward final expenses would be greatly appreciated. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
