Gloucester, Va. dateline
Michael Wayne Teagle, 70, a life long resident of Gloucester passed away on May 21, 2024. He was the son of the late Welford and Elizabeth Massie Teagle. He was a truck driver for the Pepsi Company and retired after 29 years of service. He was a member of Bellamy United Methodist Church and sang in the choir for over 50 years and was a graduate of Gloucester High School Class of 1972. Mike was the kindest gentleman that you would ever meet and the best stepfather.
He is survived by his wife Linda May Teagle, brother Mark O. Teagle, step-daughter Linda Rickman and her husband Charles, adopted granddaughter Renee, and cousins Rosemary and Ed Jones.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024 at Bellamy United Methodist Church at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
