Maybelle Talley Moore, 80 went home to be with her Lord and Savior on December 12, 2017. She was born and raised in Mechanicsville, VA and moved to Gloucester in 1971, where she raised her family. She was a devoted wife and mother. Family was always extremely important to her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney C. Moore, Jr. She is survived by her twin sister, Mabel Werckovich, and her four children, Trudy Ertel (John), Teresa Motto (Andrew), Tina Lyons (Michael), Gerald David Moore (Spring). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. The family will celebrate her life in a private service.
