Marie Ellen Billups, 102, passed away on March 23, 2017, two days after her birthday. She was born at Wentzville, Missouri and was the daughter of the late Russell and Clara Post Thomas and was the widow of James Otis Billups. She was a member of St. Frances DeSales Catholic Church in Mathews. She is survived by her children James O. Billups of California and Betty J. Billups of Idaho.
There will be a reception and the receiving of friends at St. Frances DeSales Catholic Church on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 from 1-2:00 p.m. with a Funeral Mass starting at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Kingston parish Cemetery. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory, Gloucester is in charge of arrangements./
