Our beloved Marcus, 22, of Gloucester left us unexpectedly on Thursday, September 7, 2017.

Marcus was born in Newport News, VA and he lived in Gloucester his entire life. He was a senior at Christopher Newport University and was a very gifted computer programmer and coder. Marcus had a passion for sports, including watching baseball, football, and basketball. His favorite teams that he followed closely were the New York Mets, Indianapolis Colts, and the San Antonio Spurs. Marcus's patriotism would show daily. He loved wearing his shirts displaying the American Flag, and would often hang up our family's flags to honor his country.

Marcus is survived by his father Mark, his mother Maritza, and his sister Jackie, as well as his loving grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.

A small family service was held for Marcus on September 9, 2017 at Andrews Funeral Home in Gloucester County to honor his life and accomplishments.
