Louie E. Hall, 86, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018. He was born in Altavista, Va. and was the son of the late Esthma Harrison and Maude Seabolt Hall. He was the retried owner of Louie Hall Construction and proudly served in the U.S. Navy in the Seabees. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and never meet a stranger.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Winnifred H. "Winnie" Hall, his daughters Cheryl Shipley(Robert Earl) and LuAnn Lewis(Mike) his son Louie E. "Chip" Hall, Jr. his sister Barbara Firth(Johnny), grandchildren Joshua, Skyler, Dillon(Trina), Justin, J.P., and Tara Blake(Brandon), great grandchildren August, Kendall, Blake, Bella, Sara, and Caroline.

The family will received friends at Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory, Gloucester, Va. on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
