Lisa Grace Madsen, 60, died at her home in Hayes, Va. on Sunday, May 28, 2017. She was born in New York and was the daughter of the late Earl and Jean Van Horn. She was a reset supervisor for local supermarkets and founded Breathe Easy, a COPD support group on Facebook.
She is survived by her husband John L. Madsen, children Katrinia Craig, Jack Madsen, her siblings Crystal Earl and Earl J. Van Horn, and her grandchildren, Kaiya Dunn, Trace Craig, Chloe Madsen and Audrey Madsen, and her faithful dog Zach.
There will be a time of remembrance on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial donations in Lisa's name may be made to either the American Lung Asso. or the American Cancer Society.
