Leslie Foster Wilkins, 64, of Gloucester,  passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026 at her home after battling Alzheimer's. She was born in Alexandra, Va.  She was a nurse at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital with over 33 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her mother   Lessie Worrell Foster and is survived by her husband of 43 years Barry Wilkins, daughter Rachael Hand (Patrick), son Joshua Wilkins, brother Stevie Foster (Pam), and grandchildren Brayden Wilkins, Ella Hand, and Jackson Hand.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Andrews Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Andrews Funeral Home, Gloucester, Va. is in charge of arrangements.
