Lawrence Neil Maddox, 62, passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 in Riverside Walter Reed Hospital. He was born in Newport News, Va. and was the son of the late Jackie H. Maddox and Nancy Rowe Maddox. he was retired from York County School Division as a service maintenance plumber. He was a avid hunter, fisherman and a collector of guns and loved classic cars. He was the proud owner of a 1969 Barracuda fastback.

He is survived by his wife. Cynthia Maddox, his brother John A. Maddox(Patricia), Megan and Mallory, and sister Patricia E. Vick and Kirby and Chloe.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
