Kevin Patrick O'Connell Sr. of Williamsburg, Virginia passed away peacefully, surrounded by love on Monday, January 15, 2024.

Kevin was born July 20, 1960 in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Kevin was the proud father of two children, son Kevin O'Connell Jr. (daughter-in-law Gillian) and daughter Kasey O'Connell.

He was preceded to Heaven by his father William O'Connell and his mother Joan O'Connell.

Kevin is survived by his children, brothers William and James, sister Shawn, and his sweet beagle, Remi.

He was an integral part of his son's electrical business helping manage day-to-day shenanigans, lovingly called the "Warden" by the K&K team.

Kevin was also an active participant in local AA groups where he was proud of his recovery and rejoiced in helping others along their journey.

Throughout his life, Kevin found love in taking care of people while working in the hospitality industry in food and beverage and catering. Another hobby of his was working on his tan and relaxing in the outer banks. His favorite beach was Kill Devil Hills.

While there will be no formal funeral service per his request, the family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
