Kelly Lynn Jowers/Stewart. Born Dec 27, 1979 in Newport News, Va. died Sept 13, 2026. Pre-deceased by husband Jacob Stewart. Kelly resided in Gloucester, Va for most of her life.

Survived by parents Thomas & Karen Jowers, Sister Laura Conner, Brothers Timothy & Thomas Jowers, children Gavin Jowers, Chloe Childress, Angel & Juanita Guerrero, Jacob & Parker Stewart. Multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.). Kelly had been through a lifetime of trials. She didn’t always make the best choices however out of her life she created 6 beautiful children. She helped people as she was able and she loved fiercely. 

People have asked if there is anywhere they are able to donate funds in lieu of flowers and we as a family have decided to ask people to donate funds directly to Andrews Funeral Home in Gloucester VA. We will have a memorial for Kelly Stewart on October 29th when her daughter graduates from Coast Guard bootcamp. Please keep all of the families involved in your prayers. God now has her in his hands.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for Oct 29th, at 2 p.m. at Lighthouse Rt 17, 4299 George Washington Memorial Hwy. Hayes, Va 23072.
