Justin Nicholas Otto, 36, of Gloucester, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021. Born in Easton, Maryland. Graduated from Gloucester High School. Survived by his parents, Paul and Nina Otto and his brothers, Andrew and Nathan. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm, September 11 at Coastal Community Church 6338 George Washington Memorial Highway Gloucester Va 23061. In lieu of flowers, the family asks to consider donating to the Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic.
