John D. Navarrete, a veteran of the United States Army and a resident of Hayes, Va., passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022. He was born September 19, 1946.
He was preceded in death by his father Albert; mother Daphne; sister Alice; brothers Albert and Alfonso; daughter Rose; and grandson Dougie. He is survived by his wife Jackie; children Violet (Kevin), Renee, Marvin; brothers Bobby and Joe; his grandchildren Ashley, Kenny, Amanda, Stacey, Michael, Keith, Onna, Steven, Megan, Victoria, Joy, Jessica, Kaylee, Taylor, and Marissa; twenty five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will be holding a private memorial service at a later date. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory in in charge of arrangements.
