He is survived by his loving wife Sue Rogers, children Jerry L. Rogers, Jr. Tami Emerson, Heather Rogers, Jeanette Bush, and Jessica Alcorn.
Funeral services will be private. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory, Gloucester, Va. is in charge of arrangements.
