Jeffrey Dale Lowney, 47, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022 at Riverside Regional Medical Center. He was a lifelong resident of Gloucester, Va.
He is survived by his parents Robin and Kenneth Lowney, brother Dale Lowney, his niece Faith Ayers and Faith Lowney. He was preceded in death by his daughter Lynsey.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. with funeral services starting at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Windsor Gardens Cemetery. Dutton, Va. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc. Andrews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
