Jeffrey Russell Chapman, 54, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. He was born in Hampton, Va. and worked with his father in the auto body work business. He was an adoring Dad to his daughter Ashley and supported  her with her outdoor activies, enjoyed his cars and going to car shows and visiting with his friends.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Ashley Nichole Chapman and is survived by his parents John and Mary Chapman, and a host of friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to either the Gloucester Volunteer Fire and Rescue or Fixin to Save, Spay and Neuter Clinic.  Andrews Funeral Home, Gloucester, Va. is in charge of arrangements.
