James Henry Elliott, 76, of Plain View and formerly of Glass, Va., passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020. He was retired from the US Air Force as a Master Sergeant and retired from as a deputy of the Gloucester County Sheriffs Office.
Due to Covid 19, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Andrews Funeral Home & crematory is in charge of arrangements.
