Hazel Trevilian died on Monday December 23 at Mathews Riverside convalescent center in Mathews, Va. one and half months shy of her 100th birthday.

Hazel was proceeded in death by her husband Raymond & daughter Robin. Also proceeded in death by her brothers Robert Belvin, Warren Belvin, Oscar Belvin JR. and sisters Hattie Jenkins, Marion Dalton, Jenny Chapman & Reathia Williams.

She is survived by her son Robert & his wife Doris, son Richard & daughter Connie,
Grandchildren Wayne Trevilian, Orinda Berg, Ron Craft & David Craft.  Great- grandchildren Macey Berg, Cole & Alyssa Trevilian, Keirn & Donovan Craft.

Hazel was a devoted Christian and a member of Bellamy Church where she made and still has many good friends. She worked at what use to be Saunders nursing home as a caregiver & then after retiring was a in home caregiver for many family members and others that needed in home health care.

Celebration of Life will be held at Bellamy United Methodist Church on Monday December 30, 2024, at 1:00pm with visitation starting at 12:30. The service will be officiated by Ed Walker. The interment will follow the service in the church cemetery, followed by a reception in the church fellowship hall.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to Bellamy United Methodist Church or Gloucester Volunteer Fire & Rescue.
