The family is sadden to tell of the passing  of Gloria Ann DuVal German of Gloucester, Va. on October 22, 2023. She was born to Frances Avery and Larkin T. DuVal, Sr. on December 8, 1938. She was preceded in death by her parents, her 2 daughters Debra (Deb) Ann German Burkhart and Susan Hope German, loving aunt Jane Stefan, her brother Larkin T. DuVal, Jr. She is survuved by her loving husband of 67 years Milton German, who was a wonderful caregiver during Glorias illness, her son Jeremy F. German, grandchild Christopher Burkhart (Niki), two great grandchildren Chevelle and Karma, 2 sisters-in-law Jean DuVal and Linda German, nieces and nephews, Tammy, Renne, Andre, Trey, Teresa, Cathy, David, Jim, and very long time friends, Donnie, Marie, and Frannie, and a very special and faithful 4 legged companion "Maggie" who stayed beside her every day. We want to thank Dr. Harrington and the hospice team for their patience and care.
Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Riverside Walter Reed Hospice, 7358 Main Street. Gloucester, Va.  23061. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
