George Perry Clevinger, 90, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023. He was a native of Buchanan County, Va. and was the son of the late Dewy and Manilla Clevinger. He was retired from the shipyard and also Gloucester County Building and Grounds. He was a charter member of Grace Bible Church in Ark, Va. and was one of the Grundy Boys during the 1950's.
He was also preceded in death by his wife Clementine Rose Clevinger, son Brian and daughter Sharon. He is survived by his daughter Crystal and son William, ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Grace Bible Church on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 12-1:00 p.m. with a graveside service starting at 1:00 p.m. in the church cemetery. The family has asked that memorial donation be made to the mission program of Grace Bible Church. Andrews Funeral Home, Gloucester, V. is in charge of arrangements.
