Flora Lee Rust Mise went to be with God on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. She was a Christian Woman, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend to many. She enjoyed life especially flowers, stained glass and reading. She helped with the Woman's Club, Moose Lodge and her Church. She is proceeded in death by her husband, Thomas Mise Sr and son, Thomas Mise Jr as well as her mother and father and several siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Joy Mise Peters and Granddaughter Sissi Lee Mise, who was the light of her life. Also survived by siblings June Holske, Lee Rust, and Betty Kemp (Cliff). Her special telephone friend, Cherry Mise, that made her last days bright. The Gloucester County Public Library made her last days happier with many excellent books. Donations and expressions of sympathy can be made to the Friends of the Library at the Gloucester County Public Library and Salem United Methodist Church Gloucester, VA, where she was a lifetime member. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
