Our mom was an excellent seamstress; hand-knitted beautiful sweaters, enjoyed all sports-but her love for the Redskins was endless. She enjoyed competitive ballroom dancing, playing bridge, and putting together jigsaw puzzles. She was a fantastic cook-famous for her biscuits, Sunday pot pie dinner, and her highly requested sweet potato casserole. Eileen's unconditional love for her family, her wonderful sense of humor mixed with her ability to make a witty, sarcastic comeback (that made anyone within an earshot laugh), made her a person that everyone loved and admired.
