Donna Elaine Marsh, of Gloucester VA, passed away on July 1, 2019 at 1:30 am.

Donna was born in Mullen's WV to Charles and Edith Jackson on October 25, 1942. She graduated from Glen Bernie High School.

Donna was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed playing music, dancing, crafting, quilting, gardening, and caring for animals. Full of determination, Donna could make or do anything she set her mind to. She delighted in making new friends, winning them over with her warm and open personality.

She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Roland Marsh; step-mother, Lillian Jackson; brothers Thomas (wife, Jeannette) and Richard Jackson; son, Walter C. Tilghman; daughter, Amy Beshgetoorian (husband, Harry); step-sons, Mike (partner, Amy Stefhon) and Jeff Marsh (wife, Donna); six grandchildren, Jared, Laina, Jeffrey, Emily, Alex and Miranda; four great-grandchildren, Abigail, Annabelle, Jake and Millie; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
