Delano E. Leager, Jr., 57 of Moon, VA, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 21, 2021. He was predeceased by his father, Delano E. Leager, Sr. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Peggy Leager; his siblings, Denise Smith & Husband, Danny, Winnie Leager, Patricia Parker & Husband, Thomas, Robert Leager & wife, Wendy; Del's children, Clayton Leager, Timothy Haas & wife, Felicia, Andrew Leager, Lyndsey Leager; his granddaughters, Haley and Elizabeth; and a host of nephews and nieces. Del's favorite pastime was fishing and crabbing.
A celebration of his life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, June 27, 2021 at his family home in Moon. Andrews Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
