Daniel W. Richards of Gloucester, VA formerly of Vassalboro, ME

Went to be with the Lord on Tuesday 01/22/2019 after a courageous battle with cancer.

The highlight of his life was spending time vacationing with his grandchildren, coaching sports, and playing a round of golf with friends and family. He enjoyed watching and cheering for the continued dominance of the Patriots, Red Sox, and Bruins.

Daniel who was born in Maine on 04/04/60 lived to the age 58 years old.

Daniel is survived by his best friend and wife of 37 years Melinda (Wade);

Children Matt and wife (Megan), Elizabeth, Kevin and wife (Kelsi), and Kaitlyn.

Grandchildren Nicholas, Jackson, Reiliann, and Benjamin.

Visitation will be held Saturday January 26th 4-6 pm at Petsworth Baptist Church Gloucester Va.

Celebration of Life will be held January 27th 2pm at Petsworth Baptist Church Gloucester Va. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
