Craig Steven "AKA Bubba" Perkinson, 55, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021 at Riverside Regional Medical Center. He was born in Norfolk, Va. and was the son of the late Willie Andrew Perkinson and Lois Garrett Perkinson. He was employed at Newport News Waterworks for 19 years and was a hydrant specialist.
He was also preceded in death by his brother Wyland Andrew Perkinson and is survived by his wife Tamar L. Perkinson, son Daniel Wayne Thomas, and his sister Tracy Thacker(Robbie), Niece Pam and John, and great nephew and niece Liam and Nina.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 10-11:00 with funeral services by Rev. John Pouchot starting at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Providence Baptist Church Cemetery. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
