Clarence Edward Reed

July 23, 1950 – May 7, 2019

Clarence E. Reed, 68 of Gloucester, VA. went to his eternal home on Tuesday, May 7 ^{, 2019.}

He was born in Gainesville, GA. Preceded in death by father Horace Reed and mother Annie Mae Reed, brothers Horace Reed Jr., James Reed, Bobby Reed and Donnie Reed. He is survived by sisters Martha Keith, (Anthony) and Mary Fitzgerald, (Jerry) and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

He resided at Daffodil Gardens where he made good friends and enjoyed living there. Throughout his life Clarence loved stock car racing, car shows, fishing, and visits from family who loved him dearly.

The family would like to thank Riverside Hospice and special thanks to Amanda with Hope in Home for the loving care that was given to him and to all the prayer warriors at New Life Ministry Center that continually lifted him up in prayer.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 19th, 2019 at 3:00pm at Daffodil Gardens Community Room located on Garden Grove Lane Gloucester, VA. The service is to be officiated by Pastor Lonnie Correll of Newport News VA. followed by a Pot Luck Dinner for Clarence's friends and family.
