Charles Frankie Shelley, 59. passed away on December 14, 2020. He was the son of the late John and Virginia Chase Shelley. He was a refrigeration service repairman and had worked for Manley's Service Company for over 30 years.
He is survived by his siblings John Robert Shelley (Linda), Cora Prata, Alice Read, and Pauline Cooper. Funeral services will be private. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory, Gloucester, Va. is in charge of arrangements.
