Brian Matthew Thomas was born on January 24, 1977 and passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2020. He left this world to follow his journey with his Creator. He wore many hats during his life. He was a son, a father, a friend, a cook, a plumber, a painter, a cable installer, a partner, and a lover. He so loved listening to The Grateful Dead everywhere he would travel.
Brian is survived by his parents, Harry and Beverly Thomas; his two children, Connor Thomas and Kassidie Thomas; step daughter, Elizabeth Painter; his two brothers, Tom Thomas and Paul Thomas and wife Cathy; Uncles and Aunts, Bud and Janice Jones, and George and Louise Calogrides; one niece, Victoria Thomas; one nephew, Gabriel Thomas, and many cousins. He had partners in life, Georgia Painter and Brittney Binns
Brian had a big heart and was willing to share whatever he had with anyone. He never met a stranger in life for in a few minutes with talking with him, he considered you his friend. Brian had the ability if he hadn't seen you in a few years he could pick up your last conversation where you left off. He loved Gloucester County. He was known by one and all.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 2-4:00 p.m. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory, Gloucester, Va.; is in charge of arrangements.
