Brenda Jenkins, 55, entered eternal rest on April 14, 2021. Born in Gloucester, Brenda was employed at Hardee's for over 35 years where she formed lasting friendships with many customers & coworkers over the years. Brenda was a true example of someone that never met a stranger. Her passion in life was to love & take care of her family, which she did endlessly. She is predeceased by her father Karl Hall. Survived & left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Jerry Jenkins Jr.; mother, Mary Hall; father in-law, Jerry Jenkins Sr.; brother, Carol Hall; sisters, Mary Kellum, Deborah Deal, Lois Gardner, & Barbara Kellum; her niece & nephews, & her dearly loved great-nephew Easton Deal as well as a host of other family & friends.
A graveside service will be held at Bethany United Methodist Church on April 17 at 11:00 a.m. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Richmond Autism Integration Network.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at the Riverside Walter-Reed Cancer Center & hospice for their care & compassion.
