Betty Reed Oliver, 66, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 after a lengthy and courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis.  She was born in Richmond, and was a lifelong resident of Gloucester where she attended Ware Academy, graduated from Gloucester High School then pursued her education in health care.  Betty grew up attending Gloucester Point Baptist Church and in later years attended Beech Grove Baptist Church.  She enjoyed family, motorcycle rides, and was an avid reader.  She was the daughter of the late Walter and Helena Oliver. She is survived by her daughters Jennifer Smith (Clint) and Bettie Jo Woodbury (Robert), grandson Kaleb Campbell, and lifelong friend Cathy Harris.  A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 8, 2021, 1pm, at Beech Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family asks, in lieu of flowers, donations to Multiple Sclerosis Society, 405 S.
