Bernard Allen McFerrin, 87, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was a native of Georgia and was the son of the late M.N. and Sallie Mae McFerrin and the widower of Bobbie McFerrin. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and served his county in the U.S. Army from 1952-1955.
He is survived by his children Glenn, Susan, Ellen, and Sharon, brothers Tracy and Gary,sister Becky, four grandchildren Joshua, Nikki, Kaitlyn, and Zachary, and three great grandchildren Madison, Gabe, and Isaiah.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Windsor Gardens Cemetery, Dutton, Va. Memorial donations may be made to St. Judes Hospital. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
