Barbara Gail McCravy, 78, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at her home. She was born in Cragford, AL and was the daughter of the late James B. and Edith Bowen Carter. She was retired from Mar-Mac TSI as a billing associate.
She is survived by her husband James D. "Mac" McCravy, children Rebecca Lynn Ferrell, James David McCravy, Jr., and Angelina Sreves, siblings James David Carter, Linda Oswald, Joe Michael Carter, Charlotte Yates, and Greg Carter; her grandchildren Travis James Muckelroy, Sierra Autumn Ferrell, Emma Sreves, Adaline Sreves, Elijah McCravy, and Gage McCravy.
The family will receive friends at Andrews Funeral Home on Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 11-12:00 p.m. with funeral services starting at 12:00 p.m. Burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation. Andrews Funeral Home, Gloucester, Va. is in charge of arrangements.
